Winter has officially arrived. Some things to keep in mind during training. Drink fluids. Even though you aren't sweating and it's not hot your body is can still dehydrate in the winter. Give you body more time to warm up before engaging in physical activity. It's very easy to pull a muscle in cold weather because the body is not ready.
